This is a sweet picture of my daughter having some fun with our puppy Eloise. Archi-scraps present a challenge in blue this month. The arches are the in the bunny hopping trail.
Thank you for stopping by and seeing what the papers are saying today. It feels good to get back into the swing of scrapping after such a long vacation. I look forward to your next visit!

From the top
I have stepped out of my box and entered the dark side....waha ha......
Scrap Around The World has a very graphic challenge this month using black and white boldly!
I thought about this and went through my stash in search of the perfect elements to create such a layout. Once found I went to work rifling through the back log of pictures I wished to use and then an idea emerged....
C'est Magnifique had the sketch which would prove perfect to complete the effect.
I present "From the top"!!
It has all the elements of a scary old time bela Lugosi movie but this is actually an homage to the theater. So here's to opening night!
My daughter was in a high school version of the play Fiddler on the Roof. They look more like the grounds keepers from "Young Frankenstein" doesn't it!
I had a sheet of black velvet Halloween figures. Pretty awesome aren't they. I stamped a brick wall for that castle feel. The candle stick I draped in cheese clothe I misted in black. Remember the line "Put the candle back"? The curtains go up and it's time to sparkle and shine!
Grace is key in the theater. Bats are remarkably graceful in their blind evening dance.
The clock strikes the bewitching hour so let's take it from the top everyone! I split apart a lovely piece of bling and draped it all around. Misting the back ground.
Now here is something actors hope never to hear during or after a performance! Last but not least I used washi tape to boarder my project and twine to enhance the clock image for the challenge over at Scrap Africa.
I think I'm ready for October after this layout. Thank you for stopping by and taking a peek at what the papers are saying today. As always, I love it when you stop by for a spell!!!
