 Berry 71 blue has a fabulous pattern palooza challenge this month and I found it perfect for this summer time layout!  C'est Magnifique presented a beautiful sketch and this is my version of it.

 I just loved combining all these wonderful colors, patterns and textures to this fun layout.

Scrap Around the World I decided enter this layout here since it exudes a wonderful life filled with sunshine and the great outdoors.  It's a fun layout filled with whimsy and happiness which I feel this mood board is all about!

 I simply love the fall feel of this Pink Paislee paper.  It layers in the Bo Bunny Et Cetera back to back cut outs.  For this layout I did a bit of stamping, inking and rub ons. 

 I mixed and matched a couple of Petaloo floral collections to create my floral cluster and added a bow, touch of burlap and scrabble letters.

The bottom portion of this cutout was fashioned into a flower box stuffed with sunflowers fussy cut from Graphic 45 French Country collection.

 This is from my birthday trip to Grapevine, Texas.  I just thought this was the best photo prop around and had to play a pin up girl pose.  lol!!

 Below I finally figured out what I was doing wrong with embossing powders!  Blow dryers do not produce enough heat to melt the powder.  Hubby had a heating dryer and it worked on the powder.  Eureka!!  So, the centers of the flowers are embossed with Golden Pumpkin Blush.

The Color Room  I used the tooth brush to apply the yellow paint of the flower chippi before I used the embossing powder.

Creative Embellishments  I was inspired by the red and blue elements in the photo and the flowers.  The Creative Embellishment chippie was embossed.

I am very please to be a guest designer for Scrap Africa this month.  They have a super pinterest challenge going on this week and it is so beautiful! Just look at those colors and flowers and pots and music etc....I fell in love with the colors and cascading flowers so very dreamy.  Here is what I came up with and I hope you  like it.

 Maja is another one of my favorite go to paper collections.  They contain beautiful colors and patterns.  Just look at these awesome balloons.  You know I love my cut outs!  Not only are the balloons staggered but two are raised up with pop dots for dimension.  

 These gorgeous Creative Embellishment vines cascade down the page with mini flowers dropping off them.

 I used several stamps to give added flair.

                 Every body loves a parade especially children!  

This layout was such fun to put together.  I decided to post only two pictures this time so you could just sit, relax and take in the big picture.  Maja Designs has such wonderful collections that can be used year round and combined with their other collections.  Here I have combined Winter Frost basics with Life in the Country to come up with this fun patriotic layout.
